Change is a music video for Supergoods that explores resilience and self-renewal. The film follows Myy, the band’s singer, caught in a repeating cycle of singing to an indifferent room. Inside this loop, she reconnects with her younger self—the version she once imagined becoming—and gradually reintegrates that spark into her present. An empty dollhouse anchors the visual metaphor, evoking deferred dreams and the fragile architectures we build around them. Lensed with intimate, performance-driven framing and a bittersweet tone, Change moves from inertia to flicker-of-hope, mirroring the song’s arc.
