I first met Ayre through a group of friends and had always wanted to take her portrait. When I photographed her in 2018, I made some of my favourite cyanotype prints from her image. I had followed her work for a while and always wanted to collaborate with her again. When I contacted her, she agreed and welcomed me into her enchanting world of crafts and flower arrangements.

Since she doesn’t have a studio and works wherever her clients are, she invited me to Pak Klong Talat, the bustling flower market where she sources most of her blooms and greenery. We then headed to Phra Athit Park, a place that she likes, where she transformed her fresh purchases into a flower arrangement.
